Indiana University School of Medicine offers a one-year fellowship in hip and knee replacement surgery. This fellowship encompasses nearly all aspects of lower extremity adult reconstruction, including primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty (total joint replacement). This program also includes unicompartmental knee arthroplasty, minimally invasive surgical techniques, a variety of anterior and posterior-based hip surgical approaches, and computer-assisted surgical techniques. Emphasis is placed on complex revision hip and knee reconstruction, including the surgical treatment of peri-prosthetic infection.
