Wells Center Events

The Seminar Series at the Herman B Wells Center for Pediatric Research seeks to foster the rich dynamic and collaborative culture of the center while promoting regular interaction between investigators at all levels.

The program is overseen by Emily K. Sims, MD, assistant director for faculty and trainee development and translational research at the Wells Center.

The series features educational presentations from external experts, discussions with professionals within the institution’s vast internal network, interactive breakout sessions and more.

Wells Center's Gene and Cell Therapy program leads the way in hemophilia research

March is National Bleeding Disorder Awareness Month, an annual movement meant to raise awareness and advocate for those living with bleeding disorders. In recognition of National Bleeding Disorder Awareness Month, learn more about the Gene and Cell Therapy program within the Herman B Wells Center for Pediatric Research. The group dedicates daily efforts to advancing research for the bleeding disorder hemophilia and other genetic disorders.
